- Vision: What are you building?
- Mission: Why does this business exist?
- Objectives: What result will we measure?
- Strategies: How will we build this company?
- Action Plans: What it the work to be done?
To review your 2013 business plan, ask yourself the following 12 questions:
As you look over your Vision and Mission ask yourself:
- Is the Vision and Mission still true?
- What needs to be added / edited?
As you look at the Objectives, Strategies and Action Plans, ask yourself:
- Why is this project or program important/what is the purpose of this project or program?
- In what areas did you meet and exceed your goals?
- What key projects and programs did you put in place to meet and exceed your goals?
- What measurable results did you create?
- How did that make you feel?
- In what areas were your results below budget or goal?
- What measurable results did you miss out on?
- How did that make you feel?
- If below budget or goal, why and what actions are you going to put in place to get you back on track for 2014?
- What key projects and programs need to be put in place to ensure you will achieve your 2014 goals?
