In my previous message, I introduced the Leadership Operating System Diagnostic.
That resource is designed to help agency owners identify where pressure may be occurring in areas such as leadership clarity, team alignment, accountability, structure, hiring readiness, owner dependency, and decision-making.
But identifying the pressure is only the first step.
The next challenge is determining what is actually causing the problem.
Consider a recurring issue inside an agency.
A team member is not completing an important responsibility.
The owner reminds the person, provides more direction, and may eventually take the work back.
The immediate problem may appear to be accountability.
But the deeper issue may involve:
- An unclear role.
- Incomplete expectations.
- A missing process.
- Weak management follow-through.
- Insufficient training.
- Behavioural or values inconsistency.
- A leadership decision that has not been made.
Until the deeper issue is identified, the same problem often returns in a slightly different form.
The Leadership Operating System Diagnostic helps identify where pressure may exist.
The Agency Leadership Clarity and Accountability Tool helps you take one recurring problem and work through four important questions:
- What is happening?
- What may be beneath the visible issue?
- Who owns the problem?
- What leadership action should follow?
The tool is designed to slow down the problem-solving process long enough to prevent the agency from reacting only to the latest incident.
For example, an owner may believe that a team member simply needs to become more accountable.
But stronger accountability will not solve a role that was never properly clarified.
More pressure will not solve a behavioural mismatch.
Another hire will not solve a leadership or management process that remains incomplete.
This is why recurring agency problems need to be examined through a wider lens.
During the webinar, I will connect practical agency examples with:
- Leadership and role clarity.
- Team structure and alignment.
- Accountability and management rhythms.
- Hiring and behavioural benchmarking.
- Values and motivations.
- Owner dependency.
- The leadership actions needed to create sustainable improvement.
I will also demonstrate how Values and Behaviours Assessments can help distinguish among a leadership problem, a role-fit problem, a team problem, and a hiring mistake.
The assessment is not used as an automatic pass-or-fail tool.
It provides evidence that improves leadership judgment, coaching, role design, and hiring decisions.
Register for the webinar, receive both resources, and use the Agency Leadership Clarity and Accountability Tool with one recurring problem before September 16.
Bring that issue with you.
The webinar will help you determine whether the problem belongs to the individual, the role, the leader, the process, the team—or some combination of these areas.
This is a live webinar, and a replay is not currently scheduled.
I look forward to helping you move from recurring agency problems to clearer leadership action.
